木质六边形，古朴典雅。高约一丈。匾曰“静安亭”。联云“山无声水无声草无声树无声花亦无声；天有情地有情日有情月有情人更有情。”款落“岁在丁亥腊月十三日，田伟、谢克庆”。

Located about fifty steps above the tomb of Wang Jing An (王静安), this is another classical hexagonal structure in wood, with a height of about 3.3 meters and a plague written “Jing An Ting”.
