三丰古柏San Feng Gu Bai
Also known as He Ming Gu Bai, this was an old cypress, believed to be planted by the deity, Zhang San Feng. Originally, it was located behind the building called Ying Xian Ge. An old literature in the Qing Dynasty mentioned that the tree was so huge that it took 50 people to surround it. Later, this big tree died. However, in its wake, the cypress left a seedling inside its trunk. The planting of the seedling can be traced back to the Ming Dynasty. Recently, Sichuan’s Agricultural Department took a measurement of the tree and reported that it stands 30 meters with a diameter of 1.51 meters.
