董立然，汉族。1993年出生于黑龙江省龙江县。“然”字为母亲所取，有“顺其自然”之意，与道家思想不谋而合。幼时受家庭熏陶，热爱读书及写作。后进入兰州大学文学院学习，现为四川大学文学与新闻学院2016级汉语言文字学专业硕士研究生。

杜丽莎博士的专业领域是跨文化交流和全球领导力，获得美国宾夕法尼亚大学常春藤联盟跨文化交际硕士学位和教育学博士学位，并以优异成绩毕业。
杜丽莎博士有长达20年的全球教育经验：沃顿商学院教授（宾夕法尼亚大学），香港中文大学教授（商学院），门多萨商学院教授（圣母大学），现为富布赖特访华学者（四川大学）。
杜博士著书若干，近期著有：全球领导力的跨文化沟通：领导如何成功的沟通（罗德里奇出版社，2017）；她已开设数个有关全球领导力的在线课程。

Dr. Tuleja’s area of expertise is Intercultural Communication and Global Leadership. She holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication and a Doctorate in Education from the Ivy League institution, University of Pennsylvania, graduating with high distinction.
Dr. Tuleja’s 20 years of experience in global education have included being on the faculty of the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), Chinese University of Hong Kong (Business School), Mendoza College of business (University of Notre Dame) and now a Fulbright Scholar to China (Sichuan University).
She is author of several books, and her most recent title is: Intercultural Communication for Global Leadership: How Leaders Communicate for Success (Routledge, 2017); and she has developed several online courses in global leadership.
Besides teaching, researching, and writing, Dr. Tuleja has consulted with a variety of clients such as Boeing, U.S. Marines, U.S. Army, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, AXA, Marriott International, Verizon, Panasonic, China Development Bank, and HSBC.
